HIRE PURCHASE
Hire Purchase (HP) enables customers to acquire assets through fixed monthly payments over a set time period. The customer can take ownership of the machine/vehicle at the end of the term, and there is flexibility to settle early without penalty.
FINANCE LEASE
A finance lease is a cash-efficient solution, spreading VAT on the capital cost across the agreement term instead of requiring upfront payment. While structured as a rental, most funders now offer the option to acquire the asset at the end of the contract.
OPERATING LEASE
Operating leases are commonly used for funding haulage and commercial vehicles. These rental agreements allow customers to use an asset for a set period, returning it at the end of the contract.
CASHFLOW SOLUTIONS
